Above, Below

You, caught in a swamp of artificial inadequacy, manifesting in your distressing thoughts of life's unfair hierarchy, frowning at silvers spoons, at empty pockets. You, pounding with the wrecked conundrums of knowing someone better, someone sweeter, smarter, richer or more talented. You, sitting in a corner, feeling desperate and dull, wallowing in your grey cloud of self pity. Why do you not fight the woes and worries away? 


The world would be much a better place if we'd all just focus on improving ourselves than comparing each other.
