Patience; Ramadhan

I am, seconds away, from clamouring up steeples and screaming my lungs out. I am millimetres away, from diving into rocky edifices, nails screeching on stone, fingers clawing at rubble. It's been tiny pricks, this past month, an accumulation of irksome incidents that's nudged me softly to the edge of patience, to the boundaries of perseverance. The most mammoth challenge this time has been, unsuspectingly, a significant dose of trying patience. And while my internals are vying for venting out, I'm more than aware that an exterior of tranquility is more needed than ever. We are all subjected to weaknesses, but it would not do succumb to them. It would not, do.
