Conversational Anecdotes Part II

"Listen - keep this in mind, please. A lot of people would kill to be where you are right now. Think of them while you're out there living your life."

"Just because there are people who would kill to be here, doesn't mean that I am in debt to them. Just because a fish wants to fly doesn't mean the bird owes it anything. What if the bird doesn't even want to fly? It's ridiculous to lead a life based on the fact that someone else would want it."

"Yes, but the thing is - it could get much, much worse. A bird still has the choice to fly, to land on earth, and to even paddle in the waters or dive into the rivers. You have been privileged enough to be granted a choice. It's not about owing anyone anything. It's about realising you are capable of so much, appreciating the avenues you have, and making the most of them for good."
