Mafia Family

Here's to the friendships that outlast geography, time and social stances.

One of the easiest ways to time travel is meeting people from a former point in life. You end up basking in the glow of ember hued memories, in the nostalgia of carefreeness, in the sentiments of your younger, more erratic selves. It's similar to opening a time capsule and reviewing pieces of history, and being able to reflect and interact in real time over the hallmarks.

With this group - literally 6 years has passed since we've all gathered in the same room at once to actually sit down and catch up. To be able to just slip back into the rhythms of our relationship, and interact as we did. I guess when you really connect with someone on a deeper, personal level, there will always be a bond that no amount of separation can severe.
